Shipping Policy
Shipping Deadline
To insure Next Day and/or Overnight delivery your order must be placed on 3:00PM EST the day before.
When we Ship
If the item is in stock, we ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, all Overnight & 2nd Day orders placed Monday through Thursday before 3:00 PM EST, and on Friday before 10:00 AM EST will ship on the same day (Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM EST, will ship the following week). All other orders ships within 1 business day.

How we Ship
We offer a variety of shipping carriers & options depending on the destinations. Our shipping partners include Canada Post, FedEx and UPS. All shipping options available to your shipping address will be displayed upon checkout.
Term of Fulfillment
All merchandise purchased through this website are F.O.B. (“Freight on Board”) at our fulfillment center. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier.
P.O. Boxes
Shipping to P.O. Boxes will be granted only upon request, certain restrictions apply, please call customer service for details.

Order Verification
All orders are subject to our order verification policy (see details on FAQ page), failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerably delay in the processing and shipping of your order.
International Orders
First time international orders will have to provide additional information for verification purposes after placing order (see details on FAQ page). Failure to do so may cause a considerably delay in the processing and shipping of your order. Due to high cost of International shipping, we cannot ship any orders that include backordered items. We will have to either cancel those items or change them to similar items according to the customers request.
International Tax Clearance
International orders may be subject to customs (see details on FAQ page), when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination, which may cause some delay, please contact your local government agency for customs info and if delays may occur.***
Out of Stock Items
In very rare instance if an item marked In Stock is out of stock (see details on FAQ page), our customer service department will contact you and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. Dive World will pay postage charges on all subsequent shipments after the initial one, within Canada only.
Special Order Items
Items that we don’t usually stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer, special orders are final sale and non-refundable and may take an extensive amount of delivery time, please contact us in advanced for expected delivery time.
Canceled Order
If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.
Shipping Rules
A signature might be required for UPS shipments upon receipt. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS, at the discretion of the local UPS driver someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.
