We operate a 28 days return policy (from the date of invoice) for orders or part thereof that have not been used and are returned to us with their original packaging (where applicable). If you have any inquiries regarding a product or wish to return it for any reason, your first course of action should be to contact us.
If you have used the item within the 28 day period but your not satisfied with it bring it back and we’ll give you a 50% in-store credit
Items under manufacturer warranty will be handled according to manufacturers policy

Course Promotional Rates
Unfortunately, any registrations for scuba diving courses, lessons, or experiences purchased at a promotional price are non-refundable.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Unfortunately we cannot control price increases by our suppliers. We reserve the right to change prices accordingly. We will always notify you before charging you more than the price shown online.

All returned items are shipped at the customer’s own risk and remain the customer’s property until received by Dive World, so please ensure they are packaged well and use reliable postal services with tracking facilities. The goods will naturally be inspected on arrival.

Unwanted and/or Exchange Items
Where any good is to be returned for an exchange with the same item of a different size and/or style – please contact our customer support team to ensure we advise on availability and set the new item aside to prevent any delays. Products can only be returned if they have not been used in any way and with original packaging. Online order return refunds are limited to the product price only and do not include shipping and packaging charges paid on check-out. Outside a reasonable time frame we have the right to replace an item at our absolute discretion.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you believe you have received an incorrect item or you are missing an item from your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing or calling our customer support team. The sooner you let us know the more time we have to remedy the problem, set aside an item that needs to be sent to you and ensure your goods can be dispatched with a minimum of delay. We do our best but mistakes can happen and if they do, we do our best to correct them.
International Sales and Returns
If goods are to be shipped or used overseas, then it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is able to be shipped to and used in the destination country. We do not offer a refund (excluding faulty items) in relation to goods delivered to countries outside of Canada.
Items dispatched outside Canada, at our discretion, can be refunded provided that returned items have not been used in any way and are returned to us with their original packing within 28 days of the date of dispatch. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the product being returned.
Due to it being a circumstance beyond our reasonable control, we do not accept any responsibility for shipment delays due to customs issues.
You are responsible for providing any required paperwork to customs in the destination country.
Any customs charges, duties and associated admin charges levied on a consignment are entirely your responsibility and will be debited accordingly.
All charges incurred as a result of refusal of the parcel or failures to collect the parcel are entirely your responsibility and will be debited accordingly (see Unwarranted International Returns below).
Unwanted International Returns
If any order is returned to Dive World by a courier service (inclusive of Canada Post) because of a customer’s failure to clear it through their own customs and/or cover the required tax/duties prior to delivery and/or in instances of their failure to clear it through and with the relevant courier service and/or due to the customer providing a mistaken/insufficient address or failing to receive and/or collect the item from any courier or postal delivery service for the provided address:
Any refund on the purchase will be made only after the product is received back in unused and new condition at Dive World and any relevant duties, customs, penalties or additional fees in addition to any shipping charges whether outbound or inbound have been deducted from the original price of the goods.
Terms & Conditions
You’ll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Books, CD’s, DVD’s and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.
In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only US & Canada). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.
